The pilot is used to onboard participating businesses, coordinate setup, confirm account status, and help owners manage basic business updates.

SMS Program Description
Downtime may send text messages related to pilot onboarding, business setup, account status, platform connection alerts, hours updates, posting confirmations, service reminders, and support follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on each participant's usage and setup needs.
How Users Opt In
Users opt in through the Downtime pilot signup form by entering their phone number and checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. The consent checkbox is optional and is presented next to the disclosure text below.
Accepted pilot participants may also complete invite-only owner account setup after approval. That setup flow uses the same unchecked, optional SMS consent checkbox and the same consent disclosure shown on this page.
